- Every holder of a reconnaissance permit or prospecting licence or prospecting license-cum-mining lease shall send to the Regional Controller or authorised officer and the State Government, an intimation in Form A of the Schedule about the commencement of reconnaissance or prospecting operations, as the case may be, so as to reach them within a period of fifteen days of such commencement.
