- Every holder of a reconnaissance permit or prospecting licence or prospecting license-cum-mining lease shall carry out the reconnaissance or prospecting operations in accordance with the scheme submitted under rule 4 or with such modifications, if any, as provided under rule 5 or as directed by the the Controller General and Regional Controller or the authorised officer.
