Where, after the making of an application for a bankruptcy order and before the bankruptcy order is passed, a debtor disposes of any property that forms part of his estate, the Adjudicating Authority may declare such disposition void unless it was made with the consent of or was subsequently ratified by the Adjudicating Authority.
