The bankrupt shall—
- give the bankruptcy trustee such information as to his affairs as the bankruptcy trustee may reasonably require;
- attend on the bankruptcy trustee at such times as the bankruptcy trustee may reasonably require;
- give the bankruptcy trustee such further assistance in connection with the administration of the estate as the bankruptcy trustee may reasonably require;
- disclose to the bankruptcy trustee every disposal of property made by the bankrupt during the period of five years ending with the date of the application for bankruptcy;
- deliver to the bankruptcy trustee all property, books, papers and other records relating to his estate and affairs.
