In section 47 of the principal Act, after sub-section (1), the following sub-section shall be inserted, namely:—

"(1A) Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-section (1), an individual may also file a complaint in respect of any contravention of the provisions of section 40 or section 41 or section 42 or section 43."
