(1) On the completion of the repayment plan to the satisfaction of the creditors, the Adjudicating Authority shall pass a discharge order releasing the debtor from all the debts mentioned in the repayment plan.

(2) The discharge order under sub-section (1) shall not release the debtor from excluded debts.
