(1) The Adjudicating Authority shall, within seven days of receipt of the application under section 94 or section 95, if the application is complete, appoint a resolution professional.

(2) Where the Adjudicating Authority finds that the application is incomplete, it may give a notice to the applicant to rectify the defect in his application within seven days of the date of receipt of such notice.
