(1) Where the debtor fails to comply with the terms of the repayment plan, the resolution professional shall apply to the Adjudicating Authority for an order of premature end of the repayment plan.

(2) The Adjudicating Authority may, after considering the application under sub-section (1), pass an order for the premature end of the repayment plan if it is satisfied that the debtor has failed to comply with the terms of such plan.
