- All worts shall be removed successfully and in the customary order of brewing to the under back, coppers, coolers and collecting or fermenting vessel and shall not be removed from the last named vessels until ands account has been taken by the Excise officer, or until after the expiration of twelve hours from the time at which the worts are collected.
