(1) The Adjudicating Authority shall, within fourteen days of the receipt of the report of the resolution professional under section 99, pass an order either admitting or rejecting the application.

(2) Where the Adjudicating Authority admits the application, it shall issue directions for conducting the insolvency resolution process.
