(1) The Adjudicating Authority may, on an application by the resolution professional, revoke the order admitting the application under section 84 on the ground that—
- the debtor does not co-operate with the resolution professional or does not comply with the requirements of this Chapter; or
- a material error or omission has been discovered in the information furnished by the debtor.
(2) On revocation of the order under sub-section (1), the moratorium under section 85 shall cease to have effect.
