(1) The resolution professional shall examine the application referred to in section 81 within ten days of his appointment to ascertain the completeness of the application in such manner as may be prescribed.

(2) The resolution professional shall submit a report to the Adjudicating Authority either recommending the acceptance or rejection of the application within ten days of his appointment.
