The debtor shall—

1. give the resolution professional such information as to his affairs as the resolution professional may reasonably require;
2. attend on the resolution professional at such times as the resolution professional may reasonably require;
3. give such further assistance to the resolution professional in connection with his fresh start as the resolution professional may reasonably require; and
4. disclose to the resolution professional every disposal of property made by the debtor during the period of five years ending with the date of the application, and every disposal of property made after the date of application, being a disposal which may have been at undervalue or being a preference to a person.
