(1) Any creditor may file objections to the application admitted under section 84, on the grounds that the debtor is not eligible for a fresh start under section 80, within ten days of the receipt of the order of admission from the Adjudicating Authority.

(2) The resolution professional shall examine the objections filed under sub-section (1) within ten days of the receipt of such objections and submit a report recommending acceptance or rejection of the objections to the Adjudicating Authority.
