(1) The Adjudicating Authority shall, on the pre-packaged insolvency commencement date—
- declare a moratorium for the purposes referred to in section 14, which shall, mutatis mutandis, apply to the pre-packaged insolvency resolution process;
- cause a public announcement of the initiation of the pre-packaged insolvency resolution process and call for the submission of claims; and
- appoint the resolution professional in the manner as provided under this Chapter.
(2) The public announcement under clause (b) of sub-section (1) shall be made in such manner and containing such particulars as may be specified.
