(1) The Adjudicating Authority shall, within seven days of the receipt of the report of the meeting of creditors under section 112, pass an order either approving, modifying or rejecting the repayment plan.

(2) The repayment plan approved under sub-section (1) shall be binding on all creditors mentioned in the repayment plan and on the debtor.
