(1) The meeting of the creditors under section 107 shall be conducted by the resolution professional.

(2) The quorum at a meeting of creditors shall be present when creditors representing a majority in value of the creditors are present.

(3) If within half an hour of the time appointed for the meeting, the quorum is not present, the meeting shall be adjourned to such other time as the resolution professional may fix.
