(1) The resolution professional shall submit a report on the repayment plan prepared under section 105 to the Adjudicating Authority.
(2) The report under sub-section (1) shall include—
- whether the repayment plan is in compliance with the provisions of this Code;
- whether the repayment plan has a reasonable prospect of being approved by the creditors and being implemented; and
- such other matters as may be specified.
