(1)

The salaries and allowances payable to the Chairperson and Members of the Appellate Tribunal shall be as follows, namely:-

(a) the Chairperson shall be paid a monthly salary equivalent to the last drawn salary by such person, as a Judge of a High Court;

(b) the Member shall be paid a monthly salary equivalent to the salary drawn at the maximum of the scale of pay of Additional Secretary to the Government of India:

The Chairperson and Member shall be entitled to thirty days of earned leave for every completed year of service.

(3)

The Chairperson and member shall be entitled to residential houses and vehicles as per their entitlement.

(4)

All other allowances and conditions of service of the Chairperson and the other Member shall be such, as may be determined by the State Government, from time to time.
