(1)

The salaries and allowances payable to the Chairperson and Members of the Authority shall be as follows, namely:

(a) the Chairperson of the Authority shall be paid a salary equivalent to that of the Chief Secretary of the State Government; if he is or has been in the service of the Central/ State Government or shall be paid a consolidated monthly salary of ` two lakh fifty thousand rupees; if he has not been in Central/ State Government;

(b) the Members of the Authority shall be paid a salary equivalent to Principal Secretary of the State Government; if he is or has been in the service of the Central/ State Government or shall be paid a consolidated monthly salary of ` two lakh rupees; if he has not been in Central/ State Government;

The Chairperson and Member shall be entitled to thirty days of earned leave for every completed year of service.

(3)

The Chairperson and Members shall be entitled to residential houses and vehicles as per their entitlement;

(4)

All other allowances and conditions of service of the Chairperson and the Member shall be such, as determined by the State Government from time to time.
