The State Government may, by notification, make rules for carrying out the provisions of this Act.
In particular, and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing power, such rules may provide for all or any of the following matters, namely:—
1. the composition of the State Council under clause (b) of sub-section (2) of section 6;
2. the procedure for meetings of the State Council under sub-section (4) of section 6;
3. the composition of the District Council under clause (b) of sub-section (2) of section 8;
4. the procedure for meetings of the District Council under sub-section (4) of section 8;
5. the salary or honorarium and allowances payable to, and other terms and conditions of service of, the President and members of the District Commission under section 30;
6. the salaries and allowances payable to, and the other terms and conditions of service of, officers and employees of the District Commission under sub-section (3) of section 33;
7. the salary or honorarium and allowances payable to, and other terms and conditions of service of, the President and members of the State Commission under section 44;
8. the salaries and allowances payable to, and the other terms and conditions of service of, officers and employees of the State Commission under sub-section (3) of section 46;
9. any other matter which is required to be, or may be, prescribed by the State Government.
