The President, members of the National Commission, the State Commission and the District Commission, the Chief Commissioner, Commissioners and officers and other employees of the Central Authority, the Registrar and the officers and employees of the National Commission, the officers and employees of the State Commission and the District Commission and the Director-General and officers of the Investigation Wing shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.
