- The Central Authority may, by general or special order in writing, direct the District Collector or the Commissioner of a zone or the Regional Deputy Commissioner, by whatever name called, to exercise its powers and perform its duties under sections 19 to 22 (both inclusive), subject to such conditions, limitations and exceptions as may be specified in such order.
- Without prejudice to the foregoing provisions of this section, the Central Authority shall have the right of superintendence and to issue directions to the authorities referred to in sub-section (1).
