[Omitted] by the Constitution (Thirty-sixth Amendment) Act, 1975, s. 5 (w.e.f. 26-4-1975). This article was inserted by the Constitution (Thirty-fifth Amendment) Act, 1974, s. 2 (w.e.f. 1-3-1975) and omitted when Sikkim became a full State under the Thirty-sixth Amendment.
