- The Authority specified in the Schedule E6 to these rules may require any employer or driver of transport vehicles for the purposes set forth in the corresponding entry in the Schedule to make, to the satisfaction of the Authority such time-table, schedule or regulation, as may be necessary. to fix in advance, the hours of work of a person employed by him and, upon approval by such Authority of any time-table, schedule or regulation, it shall be the record of the hours of work fixed for the person concerned for the purposes of sub-sections (1) and (4) of section 91 of the Act.
