114. Assistance in securing transfer of persons.

Where a Court in India, in relation to a criminal matter, desires that a warrant or summons be served or executed in a contracting State or any document or thing be produced or evidence taken in a contracting State, such Court may make application for such purpose to the Central Government which may transmit it to the appropriate authority in the contracting State with a request for execution thereof.
