- Any dispute arising out of contract between the University and any of its officers or teachers shall be adjudicated upon by the Vice-Chancellor and appeal against the Vice-Chancellor's decision shall lie to the Chancellor or to a body which may be designated by him for the purpose or to a Tribunal which may be constituted by the Government for this purpose.
