(1)

The annual accounts of the University shall be prepared under the directions of the Board of Management and shall be audited by the Examiner of Local Fund Accounts of the State.

A copy of the accounts together with the audit report shall be submitted to the Kuladhipati alongwith the observation if any, of the Board of Management.

(3)

Any observations made by the Kuladhipati on the annual accounts shall be brought to the notice of the Board of Management and the views of the Board of Management if any, on such observations, shall be submitted to the Kuladhipati.

(4)

A copy of the accounts together with the audit report, as submitted to the Kuladhipati shall also be submitted to the State Government and the Madhya Pradesh Uchcha Shiksha Anudan Ayog. A copy of the accounts together with the audit report as submitted to the State Government shall be placed on the table of the Legislative Assembly as soon as feasible after it is received by the State Government.
