An application dated 28.07.2026 has been filed by the complainant stating that in compliance with the order dated 40.07.2026, the amount of holding charges has been paid by him to the respondent, despite which possession of the unit has not been made available to the complainant by the respondent nor has the registry of the unit been executed. Evidence regarding deposit of the holding charges amount has been filed by the complainant. During today's hearing, it was stated by learned counsel for the respondent, Shri Amit Kumar, that he would make possession of the unit available to the complainant within 5 days and execute the registry of the unit in favor of the complainant. Therefore, on the assurance of the respondent, an opportunity of 45 days is granted.

The respondent is directed to ensure handing over possession of the unit to the complainant within 45 days and execution of the registry of the unit in favor of the complainant, and upload copies of the possession letter and registry on the RERA portal. If compliance with the order is not made by the respondent, then proceedings under Order-24 of the Code of Civil Procedure shall be initiated on the next date in the matter in question, possession of the unit shall be provided to the complainant, and registry of the unit shall be executed in favor of the complainant.
