The complainant has filed an application under Order-24 of the Code of Civil Procedure for attachment of the unit and delivery of possession. Along with it, the complainant has filed a letter to the effect that, under Rule-44 of the Code of Civil Procedure, the opposite party be directed to file the property details and bank account details of the company's directors, so that they may be attached and the order executed. Today during the hearing, the opposite party stated that it would give possession of the unit to the complainant within one week.

The opposite party is directed to give the complainant possession of the unit within one week and to execute the registry of the unit allotted in the complainant's favour.
