During the hearing today, it was stated by the complainant that the entire amount under the head of the allotted unit has been paid by them to the respondent, proof of which they will upload on RERA portal. The complainant is directed to ensure uploading proof of the amount deposited under the head of the allotted unit to the respondent on RERA portal within 45 days and filing physically in RERA office. Reply has been filed by the respondent to the effect that if the outstanding amount under the head of the allotted unit is paid by the complainant, they are ready to provide possession of the unit to the complainant and get the registry of the unit executed.

Therefore, the respondent is directed that if the entire amount under the head of the allotted unit has been paid by the complainant, then the respondent shall ensure providing possession of the unit to the complainant within 2 months and getting the registry of the unit executed in favour of the complainant, and upload a copy of the possession letter and registry on RERA portal.
