Therefore, the complainant is directed to ensure uploading evidence of the amount paid to the respondent on RERA portal and filing physically in RERA office within 0 days. If the entire amount under the head of the allotted unit has been paid by the complainant, then the respondent shall ensure getting the registry of the unit executed in favour of the complainant within 45 days and providing possession of the unit to the complainant, and uploading a copy of possession letter and registry on RERA portal and filing physically in RERA office. If the order is not complied with by the respondent, then in such situation the complainant may file an application under Order-24 Code of Civil Procedure.
