If compromise is arrived at between both parties, they shall ensure uploading the compromise agreement on the RERA portal and submitting it physically in the RERA office. Failing which, the complainant shall ensure preparing a proposed draft of the transfer deed and obtaining the details of stamp duty and registration fee from the Registrar's office, uploading it on the RERA portal and submitting it physically in the RERA office, so that further proceedings can be taken in the matter in question.
