The learned advocate for the respondent requested grant of time for uploading and filing their objection on the RERA portal page in relation to the complaint. Therefore, the respondent is ordered to ensure uploading their objection along with authorization letter / vakalatnama on the RERA portal page within the upcoming 03 weeks, and also ensure showing clarification in the objection regarding the amount paid by them as recorded by the complainant on the RERA complaint page, whereafter within the upcoming 02 weeks the complainant shall ensure uploading their rejoinder to the respondent's said objection on the RERA complaint page.

The facts and arguments of both parties were heard in detail on the point of status quo, and since prima facie the balance of convenience is in favor of the complainant and so that no irreparable injury is caused to the complainant, the respondent company is ordered to maintain status quo in the matter until the disposal of the complaint in question. Both parties are also directed to share their documents / pleadings with each other via e-mail and ensure providing physical copies of their documents / pleadings to the RERA Regional Office, Greater Noida prior to the next fixed date and also upload proof of receipt on the portal.
