The complainant is directed, within the next 02 weeks, to upload on the RERA complaint page the death certificate, the legal heirs' certificate and the NOC of the family members, together with the bank statement, certified or self-certified, marking the intervening amount of Rs.8,49,605/-, and to make physical copies available at the RERA Regional Office, Greater Noida. Proof of receipt is also to be uploaded on the portal.

The opposite party is directed to upload its objection statement along with the authority letter/vakalatnama within the next 03 weeks, and to include in the objection statement a clarification regarding the amount paid by the complainant as recorded on the RERA complaint page. Thereafter, within the next 02 weeks, the complainant shall upload its rejoinder to the opposite party's objection statement on the RERA complaint page. Having heard the parties' facts and arguments in detail on the status quo point, and since the prima facie balance of convenience and irreparable harm to the complainant favour the complainant, the opposite company is directed to maintain the status quo in the matter until the next date.
