On behalf of the opposite party, Puneet Jain appeared as proxy for the learned advocate Shri Manendra Kumar. The learned advocate for the opposite party has requested time to upload its objection letter regarding the complaint in question on the RERA complaint page and to file a physical copy. Therefore, giving the opposite party a final opportunity, it is ordered that within the next 02 weeks it shall upload its objection letter along with the authority letter / vakalatnama on the RT HRS page, and ensure that physical copies are made available at the RERA Regional Office, Greater Noida. The opposite party shall also ensure that its objection letter shows clarification regarding the amount paid by the complainant, as entered by the complainant on the RERA complaint page. Thereafter, within the next 02 weeks, the complainant shall upload its reply to the said objection letter of the opposite party on the RERA complaint page, and ensure that a physical copy is made available at the RERA Regional Office, Greater Noida.
