Written arguments were filed by the respondent in the matter. It was stated by the complainant that he is in possession of the unit, and only execution of the registry in his favour remains pending. It was also stated by the respondent that the complainant is in possession of the unit. It was further stated by the respondent that an application has been made by them before the competent authority for OC, but OC has not yet been granted to them by the competent authority. The respondent stated that as soon as OC is received by them, they will execute the registry in favour of the complainant. Arguments of both parties were heard. Order sheet reserved for orders.
