The respondent is directed to ensure sending offer of possession letter along with valid O.C. / C.C. along with demand of outstanding dues (if any) to the complainant within i5 days in compliance with the order dated 26.42.209 passed by the Hon'ble RERA Bench-0A, and ensure uploading on the RERA portal as well. Upon payment of outstanding dues by the complainant, the respondent shall provide physical possession of the unit to the complainant and ensure executing registry of the allotted unit in favour of the complainant. If the complainant has any objection, they may file their objection.

Application dated 06.05.2026 was filed by the complainant to the effect that in the case in question, their mobile number and email be modified and new mobile number-9289087229 and email- [email protected] be recorded. Hence, the said application filed by the complainant is accepted.
