For the opposite party, learned Advocate Shri Manendra Kumar's proxy, Advocate Shri Puneet Jain, appeared. The complainant's learned Advocate, while clarifying the relief claimed in the memo of complaint, has requested two weeks' time to upload a written clarification application on the RERA complaint page and to make a physical copy available at the RERA Regional Office, Greater Noida. The request is accepted. The opposite party's learned Advocate has requested time to upload and file its objection in respect of the complaint in question on the RERA complaint page. Accordingly, the opposite party is directed to ensure that, within three weeks, it uploads its objection together with the authority letter / vakalatnama on the RERA complaint page, and shows in that objection the clarification regarding the amount paid by the complainant as recorded on the RERA complaint page.
