Order The complaint of the complainant was presented for hearing through video conferencing. On call, learned advocate Shri are Kumar appeared on behalf of the complainant. Learned advocate Shri Amit Kumar appeared on behalf of the respondent. In the matter, originally the present complaint was instituted by the complainant for delivery of possession of the unit in question and interest for the delayed period, which was altered/amended through relief amendment application dated 07-02--2026 requesting refund of deposited amount along with interest; thereafter again an application dated 0:-40-2026 was uploaded on the RERA complaint page by the learned advocate for the complainant requesting cancellation of the earlier uploaded relief amendment application dated 07-02-2026. Therefore, accepting the application dated 05-40-2026 submitted by the complainant, the relief amendment application dated 07-02-2026 uploaded earlier by the complainant is cancelled. Also, the complainant is cautioned that hereinafter in future no alteration or amendment will be made in their claimed relief.

Since in the matter, according to the statements of learned advocates for both parties, all their respective documents / submissions in respect of the present complaint have already been uploaded and filed on the RERA complaint page.
