Ltd. Order The complainant's complaint was presented for hearing through video conferencing. Upon call, learned counsel Mr. Punit Jain, proxy counsel for learned counsel Mr. Manendra Kumar, appeared on behalf of the complainant. Learned counsel Mr. Asit Kumar appeared on behalf of the respondent. In the matter, the learned counsel for the complainant, by uploading a relief amendment application dated 07-02-2026 on the RERA complaint page, has requested to record/amend the sought relief in place of the relief recorded on Form-M of the complaint page to grant the deposited amount with interest (Refund with Interest), to which no objection has been registered by the learned counsel for the respondent. Therefore, the complainant's said amendment application is accepted. Along with this, the RERA IT Section is directed to grant permission to the complainant to record/amend the sought relief on Form-M of the complaint page in place of the earlier recorded relief to grant the deposited amount with interest (Refund with Interest); thereafter, the complainant is directed to ensure carrying out the amendment at the appropriate place in Form-M on the complaint page within the next 02 weeks.

The learned counsel for the respondent has requested time to be granted to upload and file its objection on the complainant's new, amended sought relief, namely deposited amount with interest, on the RERA complaint page. Therefore, the respondent is directed to ensure uploading its objection on the complainant's new amended sought relief, namely deposited amount with interest, on the RERA complaint page and providing a physical copy at the RERA Regional Office, Greater Noida within the next 02 weeks, as well as ensure showing clarification in the said objection regarding the amount paid by the complainant as recorded on the RERA complaint page; whereafter, within the subsequent 02 weeks, the complainant shall ensure uploading their new rejoinder to the respondent's said objection on the RERA complaint page.
