Ltd. In the present case, while reserving the file for order on 8.08.2024, both parties were directed to file their respective written arguments by 25.08.2024. However, neither party filed written arguments. The arguments of both parties were heard and the case file was perused. In the present case, the complainant applied through the RERA portal for implementation of the order, on which the Authority issued a notice to the opposite party and directed it to comply with the said order by 5.09.2020 and submit a compliance report. However, the opposite party did not provide the compliance report. The Authority, by issuing a show-cause notice dated 06.0.2020, directed the opposite party to comply with the said [gies?] by 23.02020 and submit a compliance report; however, the opposite party has not provided the compliance report.

The Bench conducted hearings under Section-63 on 28.07.2024 and on 8.08.202[?]. The opposite party has already obtained the fire safety certificate dated 08.06.2024, the electrical safety certificate dated 40.05.2046, the [rae?] engineering certificate dated 23.05.2024, and the lift [sree?] certificate dated 04.06.2024, for Tower-[?]/. In these circumstances, it is evident that construction of the opposite party's project has been completed. The Secretary is directed to ensure that, in accordance with the order dated 72.02.2020 previously passed by the Bench in the present case, interest for the delayed period is calculated and, if any amount is found due, a recovery certificate is issued for it.
