The complainants stated that they had not filed receipts or a bank statement because they had filed a copy of a demand letter issued by the opposite party in which the opposite party acknowledged receiving the amount, and the opposite party's written reply also acknowledges receipt of the amount entered by the complainants on the portal. The complainants are directed to note that it is not possible to pass an order solely on the basis of an acknowledgment of receipt of money in a demand letter. If the complainants paid any amount to the opposite party, it is their responsibility to submit authentic evidence in support of that payment, such as receipts issued by the opposite party, a customer ledger, or a bank statement showing the transfer of money from the complainants' account to the opposite party's account.
