On being called, the complainant was absent. The opposite party was present. An application was submitted on behalf of the opposite party stating that the project is funded by the SWAMIH Fund, and requesting that the present matter be kept in abeyance.

In this regard, the opposite party is directed to ensure that, by the scheduled date, it uploads on the RERA portal the final sanction letter issued by the concerned institution, stating the amount sanctioned, and the account statement showing the amount released to the opposite party to complete the project. The opposite party has submitted an affidavit stating that the company received a letter from the SWAMIH Fund dated 28.03.2022. It was also stated that completion approval would be received from the Government of India within 45 days. The opposite party shall upload an affidavit on the RERA portal stating how much money under the SWAMIH Fund has been disbursed to it and by when it will complete the project. If the opposite party does not file the final sanction letter regarding the SWAMIH Fund before the scheduled date, proceedings in the matter shall continue and arguments shall be heard.
