The complainant has filed an application to amend the relief in the present case. The respondent has filed an objection to the complainant's application. The respondent stated that, in accordance with the complainant's original relief, it has transferred Rs.325 lakhs to the complainant's account and will return the remaining amount to the complainant shortly; therefore, the complainant's application to amend the relief should be rejected. The complainant also admitted that the respondent had transferred Rs.325 lakhs to the complainant's account. In these circumstances, since the respondent has transferred the amount to the complainant's account in accordance with the original relief, there is no basis to allow the complainant's application to amend the relief. Accordingly, the complainant's application to amend the relief is dismissed. The file be produced for arguments on 40.08.2026.
