On being called, the complainant appeared. The respondent appeared. The respondent submitted an application stating that final approval for the Swamahi Fund[?] relating to the project has been received. The respondent also informed the Authority that its application for extension of the project duration is pending before the RERA Authority, and evidence of this was filed in the form of an index. The respondent further stated that the Authority has jurisdiction to grant an extension of time. Because the application for extension of the project duration is pending before the RERA Authority, the Swamahi institution has not been able to disburse funds under the Swamahi Fund[?], despite final approval. As soon as the Authority approves the application to extend the project duration, the funds under the Swamahi Fund[?] will be disbursed. The extension of the project duration may be approved at the Authority's upcoming meeting. Accordingly, a further date was requested.

In view of the above facts and the S.O.P. dated 20.06.2023, the respondent is granted time and directed to ensure that, before the next date fixed, it uploads on the RERA Portal the account statement concerning funds received from the Swamahi Fund[?] and an affidavit.
