On being called, the respondent appeared. An application was submitted stating that the project is funded by the Swamahi Fund and requesting that the present case be kept in abeyance. In this regard, the respondent is directed to ensure that by the scheduled date it uploads on the RERA Portal the final sanction letter issued by the Swamahi institution, the amount sanctioned, and the amount disbursed to the respondent for completion of the project (Account Statement). The respondent has filed an affidavit stating that the respondent company received a letter from the Swamahi Fund dated 28.03.2022. It was also stated that completion approval would be obtained from the Government of India within 45 days. The respondent shall upload on the RERA Portal an affidavit stating how much money has been disbursed to it from the Swamahi Fund and by when the respondent will complete the project. If the respondent does not file the final sanction letter concerning the Swamahi Fund before the scheduled date, the proceedings in the case will be advanced and arguments will be heard. The respondent is directed to ensure that it uploads its written reply on the RERA Portal before the next date fixed.
