Ltd. Order The complainant's complaint was presented for hearing through video conferencing. On being called, in the first round, the complainant appeared in person. On behalf of the opposite party, the proxy advocate of learned advocate Shri Manendra Kumar, Shri Puneet Jain, appeared. It has come to the notice of the Bench on several dates, in the complaints of the opposite party (La Residencia Developers Pvt. Ltd.), that the vakalatnama of learned advocate Shri AAR [?] Kumar and Ms. Malini, authorised by the opposite company in the said complaints, is uploaded on the portal and available on file; however, proxy / associate advocate Shri Puneet Jain appears to present the case in many matters, but his vakalatnama is not found on file, which creates legal difficulty in conducting the hearing in accordance with the rules. Today the Bench passed the matter over in the first round, and thereafter, in the second round also, the learned advocates of the opposite company, Shri Manendra Kumar and Ms. Malini, remained absent, which is regrettable.

Accordingly, the learned advocates of the opposite company are directed that, in future, in this complaint and other complaints, any advocate who appears to present the case shall upload his correct vakalatnama on the RERA [HRS] page in accordance with the rules and make available a physical copy at the RERA Regional Office, Greater Noida; otherwise, the Bench will be compelled to proceed ex parte in the matter and further proceedings will be taken in accordance with law. As stated by both parties, each has uploaded and filed all its documents/submissions relating to the complaint [werd] on the RERA [RWI] complaint page.
