On being called, the complainant appeared with learned counsel Mr. Divyanshu Saraswat. Learned counsel Mr. Puneet Jain appeared on behalf of the respondent. The complainant argued that the respondent has still not complied with the order passed by the Bench under Section-34. Accordingly, the complainant requested possession of the unit together with interest for the period of delay. The respondent's learned counsel informed the Bench that the "Swamih Investment Fund I" has been received for completion of construction of the said project, and the RERA Authority has extended the time for completing construction of the project to 3 December, 2025. The respondent requested a further date to file its additional compliance report concerning the order passed by the Bench under Section-34 in the matter in question. This request is allowed. Giving the respondent a final opportunity, it is directed to ensure that its 'additional compliance report' concerning the order passed by the Bench under Section-3 is uploaded to the complaint page on the RERA portal within the next 4 weeks. The case file shall be presented for the next hearing on 44.08.2025.
