Complaint No.: 187744/020658792623 "Kush Sharma and Deepali Sharma v. Imperia Structures Limited": in the order passed by the Bench under Section-34 dated 29--03-2023, directions were issued to the Secretary, U.P. RERA to determine whether the project in question is required to be registered under RERA or not, in pursuance of which, in the order passed by the Hon'ble Adjudicating Officer dated 2:-08—2004, finding the project in question to be in the ongoing category, directions were issued to the Secretary, U.P. RERA to take further action for registration. An undated application was filed by the complainant mentioning the aforesaid facts and requesting that the matter in question be restored under Section-34 and further proceedings be taken. Therefore, in view of the above, the matter is restored under Section-34. Notice be issued to both parties for appearance.
